AI speech coach · practice kit
Know what to retry after you speak.
A short passage gives you something concrete to check. Retell it, compare the meaning, and retry the part that needs work.
This kit contains two original practice passages, copyable prompts, meaning checkpoints, and illustrative reviews. Use it with your own AI chat or review your recording yourself.
What happens in a session?
- Read for meaning. Understand the source and the links between its ideas.
- Retell without notes. Keep the message while choosing your own words.
- Review against the source. Find a missing point, a changed meaning, or a clear language issue.
- Retry one gap. Check that the revised attempt fixes the specific problem.
Who can use it?
Try this if you can understand a short paragraph but find it difficult to explain the same idea aloud. If your material is hard to understand even when reading, choose a shorter, more familiar source first.
What to expect from AI feedback
The prompts ask for evidence from your attempt and a specific retry instruction. AI can still misunderstand speech or suggest an unnecessary correction. Check the transcript and use the source as your reference. This page does not record you, connect to an AI service, or certify your level.
Move beyond the source
After the retry, reuse its structure on your own situation. The speaking topic bank gives you fresh questions, and the 12-week plan helps you organise repeated practice.
